Course/Program Description
In Culinary Arts 12, students will begin exploring food and kitchen safety. From there, students will explore various celebratory foods, interact with multiple herbs and spices, tackle numerous forms of dough and bread, and interact intentionally with the updated Canada Food Guide. Students will also get to plan and execute a party and explore the cultural importance of Indigenous foods.
