The Online Learning Policy outlines what Boards of Education and Independent School Authorities can do with and without an Online Learning agreement with the Minister. It replaces all previous interim online learning policies.

The Interim Procedures Guide provides procedures and guidelines for Provincial Online Learning Schools and District Online Learning Schools beginning July 1, 2023.

Accountability and Quality Assurance (AQA) for online learning schools has been developed with Indigenous rightsholders and education sector partners. The AQA contains two parts:

• The framework defines successful online learning (principles, quality indicators and accountability metrics) for all online learning schools
• The process outlines continuous improvement in online learning delivery to enhance student success, as a requirement for Provincial Online Learning Schools
